The band started as a small hobby project and gradually evolved into something more. It all began when Marek Nadstawny, former drummer of the Polish heavy metal band 'Scream Maker' decided it was time to hit the drums again - before he turns too old and lazy for this kind of shit.

Soon, Mateusz Wyszyński joined as a guitarist, bringing along his work colleague Michał Gorzelnia, because the dude was kind enough to pick up the bass.

After a few more or less failed attempts to find a vocalist and a second guitarist, they found Magdalena Piędzia.

And then Marek became a father and everything went to shit.

But…

The longing for metal Armageddon was too strong in their hearts, and in the middle of the global pandemic in 2021, they decided to join forces once again.

We are Jesterbox and we play heavy music.

We are the clown that jumps at you.

We will scare you, we will make you laugh,

we will make you feel joy,

we will make you feel sorrow.

After all, that’s what jesters are for, right?
